Tax Question: I am sole shareholder of a UK company and now have parties interested in purchasing my shareholding. I aim to avoid incurring CGT on the sale through non-residence. For the y/e 5.4.13 I spent about 89 Days in the UK For the y/e 5.4.14 I will spend 37 Days in the UK. I have not owned a home in the UK [or abroad] for some years.
