Non Residence Status - Tax Report

If you're unsure of your UK tax residence status, one of our tax experts will look at your circumstances in detail and assess whether you are UK resident or non resident.

They will take account of all relevant factors including days spent in the UK, whether there is a distinct break from the UK, the extent of any ongoing connection with the UK, overseas property and ties etc. For periods of absence after April 2013 they will also provide analysis of the new statutory residence test.

They will then produce a Tax Report and outline your residence position.
