Completing the tax return non residency pages

If you're leaving the UK, the chances are you'll be completing a tax return in the tax years after your departure. Most of this is pretty straightforward, but of crucial importance for the emigrant is the non residency pages. It's likely you won't have encountered them before so I've wrote a useful article on how to complete the non resident pages which is available to all site members. It's also via this section that you'll be looking to claim any double tax relief you may be due under any relevant double tax treaty. This though is a separate issue, and we'll therefore cover this in a separate article.
